B-NDG mice were engrafted in the right flank with pancreatic cancer patient-derivedtumor tissue fragments (2 mm x 2 mm x 2 mm). The immunofluorescence staining results showed that TPGB-positive cells and MET-positive cells in the pancreatic tumor fragments were 58.86% and 24.08%, respectively. When the tumors in the mice reached a volume of about 150-200 mm³, the mice were randomly placed into different groups based on the tumor volume. Themice were then injected with 6mg/kg ADC's by i.v, QW, administration. Determined tumor volume after the experiment, measured at day 25.
