Method Description
A hepatocellular carcinoma xenograft model was established by subcutaneously injecting BEL-7402 cells (1 x 107) into right flanks of BALB/c nude mice. When the average tumor volume reached 100 mm3, tumor-bearing mice were divided randomly into seven groups (six mice/group) and treated with HN-01 (10 mg/kg) every 3 days.
